Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods: We use USPS and other major carriers depending on package size and destination. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
International Shipping
Limited International Availability: Select products can be shipped internationally. Due to export regulations and ITAR restrictions, certain items—including but not limited to IR flashlights, IR lasers, and other controlled tactical equipment—cannot be shipped outside the United States.
International customers should verify product eligibility before ordering. Orders containing restricted items to international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
International Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Times: International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Export Controlled Items (ITAR)
Certain products sold by Dire Equipment LLC are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and cannot be exported from the United States without proper authorization. This includes but is not limited to:
- Infrared (IR) flashlights
- Infrared (IR) lasers
- Other items as marked on product pages
Attempting to export controlled items without authorization is a violation of U.S. federal law. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally authorized to purchase and possess these items in your jurisdiction.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Some larger items may require a physical address if they cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the destination address.
