Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.
Return Eligibility
30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and documentation must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, modification, or use cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened electronic items or equipment with tamper-evident seals that have been broken
- Apparel or soft goods that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Process
1. Contact Us First: Email us with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without authorization.
2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return: Returns must be sent via USPS to our P.O. box address (provided with RMA). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Warranty: Defects in materials or workmanship are covered beyond the 30-day return window and vary upon product. Contact us for warranty claims.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Contact us to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
